Job Details

They are looking for outgoing and engaging people who will be at the forefront of developing their students' life skills and academic capabilities on a fun-filled and action-packed language travel adventure.

They welcome both qualified teachers, as well as soon-to-be graduates who have an interest in teaching English to international students.

Specific duties include:

To teach the Embassy Summer lesson

To manage the classroom appropriately

To monitor student welfare and report any concerns immediately

To attend daily lesson preparation sessions

To act on feedback from observations

To attend at least one weekly workshop

To complete academic administration in a timely manner

To attend all relevant meetings

Requirements

Essential criteria:

Desire to work in education / learning.
Enthusiasm to learn and deliver lessons that motivate and engage teenage learners.

Desired criteria:

Experience of working with people
Experience of working in a residential environment

Personal Attributes:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Interested in developing teaching skills
Ability to motivate, engage and inspire students
Demonstrates the ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with children and young people
Responds well to a challenge
