Are you interested in flexing your teaching muscles in a modern, flexible working environment? This company is seeking engaging and dynamic native-level English-speaking trainers to help their students land their dream job, achieve that evasive level and become proficient speakers of English. They are inviting those who have TEFL certificates, any university degree and/or more than a year teaching experience to apply. You will have full autonomy over your schedule, classes are completely personalised and they offer online and in-person classes in the four major cities of Colombia (Bogota, Medellin, Cali and Barranquilla). Teachers will have visa sponsorship, health insurance, airport pickup, cultural integration and a full on-boarding process in the company. They offer full-time, part-time and freelance contracts, all of which are remunerated at the best rates in Colombia. Full-time contracts are paid at COP 4million, completing a total of up to 35 hours per week. They work with industry leading companies in software, health, sports, engineering, mining, marketing etc. and they also provide our services to NGOs and a handful of government agencies.
