This employer is looking for English teachers to join their team as soon as possible. You’ll be providing English courses to students of all ages (mainly 3 to 12 years old), in classes of around 4-6 students for around 40 minutes at a time. Your working week will consist of 30 hours (22 teaching and 8 office hours), and will run from Monday to Friday, with weekends off.
Salary and benefits:
Usual Basic salary: 16,000+ RMB per month (£1500+)
Free Chinese classes
Contract completion bonus: 9,000 RMB (£1050) up to 15,000 RMB (1800 GBP)
Quarterly evaluation bonus: 300 to 4,000 RMB (£35 to £450) depending on performance
Overtime pay: 150-200 RMB (£15 to £23) per hour for extra teaching
Successful demo bonus (if required): 1,000 RMB
Housing allowance: 2,000 RMB (£230) per month
Sign in allowance 6,000 RMB paid in first paycheck (once only)
Flight allowance: 6,000 RMB (£685) on the completion of contract
Visa support: provide legal residence permit
Medical & accident insurance;
Paid holiday: 15 days public holiday + 10 days annual leave
Professional training: TEFL in China;

Bachelor’s degree (visa requirement)
120 Hour TEFL/TESOL certificate preferred AND/OR 2 years related experience
22 to 45 years old
National from one of the following countries: UK, USA, Ireland, New Zealand or Canada, Australia and South Africa
Chongquing Beijing, Wuhan, Chengdu, Mianyang, Luzhou, Changsha, Guiyang, Liupanshui, Kunming, Xiamen, Qingdao, Guangzhou, Nanning, Shenzhen, Nanchang, Xi’an, Haikou and more available too.
