Job Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Curriculum & Lesson Delivery: Plan and teach communicative English lessons covering reading comprehension, guided writing, phonics, grammar, and oral presentation skills for Grades 1–5.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain an engaging, structured, and positive learning environment that encourages participation, mutual respect, and academic curiosity.
  • Assessment & Feedback: Design formative and summative assessments, evaluate student performance against grade-level benchmarks, and provide constructive feedback to support language growth.
  • Differentiated Instruction: Adapt lesson materials to meet the needs of diverse learning styles and varying levels of English proficiency within the classroom.
  • Parent & Staff Collaboration: Partner with local teaching assistants and administration to communicate student progress to parents via progress reports and conferences.
  • Extracurricular Support: Participate in school assemblies, cultural events, English clubs, and school-wide showcases.
