- Commitment to Hard Work: Several roles specifically list "hardworking in lesson preparation" as a non-negotiable requirement for success.
- Legal Compliance: Candidates should ideally have their documents (degree, teaching certificate, criminal record check) ready for the LD2 Work Visa and Work Permit process. Priority is given to those who already possess a valid Work Permit for specialized clusters like the TTC network.
- Flexible Availability: They have a range of schedules available, from full-time campus leads to specialized morning/afternoon blocks (ranging from 12 to 45 hours per month).
