They are an EdTech company founded in 2019 by pedagogy enthusiasts with a simple mission: helping students gain confidence in English. Their teaching method is built on four pillars: e-learning modules, individual lessons, group classes, and webinars.

To drive their expansion, they are looking for online freelance teachers to teach private and group classes to their students
WHO THEY ARE LOOKING FOR ?
A freelance teacher with all legal requirements to be able to invoice.
A dynamic teacher who is passionate about pedagogy.
Experience: Proven experience in online teaching, specifically with adults and French speakers.
Specialization: Experience in or a strong interest in Business English.
Tech-savvy: Comfortable with new technologies or a strong willingness to learn.
Certification: A teaching qualification (TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent) is required.
Personal Qualities: Curiosity and a daily thirst for both learning and teaching. Autonomy and a drive to constantly improve teaching methods. Thoughtful, structured, and organized approach. Eagerness to participate in an innovative project. A team player with a contagious positive attitude.
RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Step 0 : Send your CV and a cover letter / why you are interested in joining Cercle des Langues.
Step 1 : Video Introduction: They will send you a video presenting Cercle des Langues. In return, you will send them a video of yourself introducing who you are and sharing your motivations.
Step 2 : A meeting with the Pedagogy team to discuss your teaching experience in detail and get to know you.
Step 3 : Technical Assessment, to test your pedagogical skills through a practical case study or mock lesson.
