Job Details

As an Assistant Volunteer Teacher, you will work alongside local foreign language teachers in Georgian public schools to create an engaging and interactive learning environment. Your role is to support students' language development while promoting cultural exchange and global awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist local teachers during English (or other foreign language) lessons.
  • Communicate with students primarily in the target language to improve their speaking and listening skills.
  • Lead conversation activities, games, group work, and interactive classroom exercises.
  • Share your culture and learn about Georgian traditions through school and community activities.
  • Participate in extracurricular events, language clubs, workshops, and school projects.
  • Encourage students' confidence, creativity, and active participation in the classroom.
  • Collaborate with local teachers to introduce modern, student-centered teaching approaches.
