Dreaming of living and working abroad? Join RVF International and teach English in South Korea through the prestigious EPIK (English Program in Korea) initiative.

This paid teaching opportunity places native English speakers in public schools across South Korea, where they help Korean students develop their English communication skills while experiencing one of the most exciting and dynamic countries in the world.

No classroom teaching experience is required. Successful applicants receive comprehensive support throughout the application process, including guidance with documentation, interviews, visa preparation, and relocation.

Teachers typically work Monday through Friday during normal school hours, teaching approximately 22 class hours per week. Placements are available throughout South Korea, including major cities and regional locations.

Program Fee

This opportunity is offered through RVF International's supported placement program. Accepted candidates receive personalized assistance with their EPIK application, interview preparation, document review, visa guidance, relocation support, and ongoing assistance throughout the process. A program fee applies to accepted candidates.

Additional Benefits

• Monthly salary of approximately $1,600 - $2,000 USD

• Free furnished housing provided by the school

• Flight reimbursement allowance of approximately $1,100 - $1,500 USD

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (or completion before departure)

• Citizen of the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa

• TEFL/TESOL certification of at least 120 hours

• Strong communication skills and professionalism

• Adaptable, positive, and open to living abroad

• Genuine interest in working with children and young learners

• Ability to commit to a full one-year contract
