Job Details

What if your next teaching adventure took you somewhere completely different?

This is a language school in Stargard, Poland, founded with one simple idea: languages are about much more than grammar and textbooks - they are about people, culture and experiences.

They are looking for a native-level English-speaking teacher to join them for the 2026/27 academic year.

You’ll teach children, teenagers and adults in small groups, with plenty of room to bring your own personality, creativity and ideas into the classroom.

You won’t be expected to stand in front of a textbook and explain grammar all day. Their lessons are built around speaking, real-life communication, games, projects, culture and getting students to actually use English from day one.

They’d love to meet you if you are:

  • A native-level English speaker
  • Passionate about teaching and working with people
  • Creative, energetic and comfortable thinking outside the box
  • Experienced with teaching, tutoring, childcare or similar work
  • Reliable and independent
  • Interested in living and working in Poland

Teaching experience is a plus but what matters most to them is your personality, your ability to connect with students and your passion for teaching.

Location: Stargard, Poland — approximately 40 km from Szczecin.

Additional Benefits

  • Join a new and growing language school and help shape its future
  • Teach English through communication, not endless worksheets
  • Bring your own ideas, creativity and personality into your lessons
  • Work with enthusiastic young learners, teenagers and adults
  • Share your culture and experiences with students
  • Work directly with the founder in a friendly, international environment
  • Experience everyday life in Poland, while being part of a local community

Requirements

Speaking Spanish, Portuguese or Italian is a huge plus!
