Build Your Career, Not Just Your Passport.

Are you a recent graduate or early-career professional seeking substantive, resume-building international experience?

At Link Interac, they know that today’s Assistant Language Teachers (ALTs) are looking for much more than just a brief adventure in Japan. You are looking for a highly structured role that challenges you, builds highly transferable skills in public speaking, curriculum design, and cross-cultural stakeholder management, all while offering a secure, comfortable standard of living.

They are currently recruiting motivated, resilient individuals to join public schools in various areas of Japan. They offer a foundation built entirely on respect, financial transparency, and professional growth.

The Reality of the Role:

You will be placed in public elementary, junior high or senior high schools, working a stable schedule, Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm typically.

Your weekends and public holidays are typically free, allowing you the time to explore and recharge.

Rather than acting as a passive assistant, you will be an active teaching partner. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Co-teaching dynamic, communicative English lessons alongside Japanese Teachers of English (JTEs).
  • Autonomously developing and implementing engaging classroom activities, tailored worksheets, and conversation games.
  • Assisting with extracurricular activities, such as English Clubs, speech contest mentoring, or school sports days, fostering genuine, lasting connections with your students.
  • Acting as an authentic cultural ambassador, bringing global perspectives into the Japanese classroom.

Uncompromising Support & Benefits:

They operate on the belief that you can only support your students if your employer fully supports you. They proudly offer an industry-leading compensation package:

Predictable Income: 2.4-3.0 million JPY per year.

Transparent Holiday Pay: Full salary during summer and new years school holidays

Comprehensive Social Insurance: Immediate enrollment in Shakai Hoken (Health Insurance and Pension).

Relocation & Housing Infrastructure: They handle the notoriously complex Japanese real estate market for you. They secure a private, single-occupancy apartment.

Commuting: 100% of your work-related commuting costs are reimbursed monthly.

Dedicated Visa Sponsorship: Full sponsorship for the Instructor Visa and step-by-step guidance through the Japanese immigration process.

Application Process:

They review every application thoroughly and respect the time you take to apply. To begin the process, please fill out your application on our website, and include an updated resume and a customized cover letter.

In your cover letter, please highlight any previous professional experience involving youth leadership, mentoring, or cross-cultural communication.

Join them, and make a lasting impact on the next generation of global citizens while building a career you can be proud of.

Additional Benefits

National Health Insurance, Pension, Employment Insurance.
