Educational Leader (Grades 7–12)
This school is seeking an experienced and committed educational leader to serve as Educational Leader (Grades 7–12).
The school is a leading international school with four campuses and over 2,000 students. They provide high-quality education to the highest international standards in a warm and supportive community.
Their school is trilingual (English, Mandarin, and Indonesian) and delivers the Cambridge curriculum including Checkpoint, IGCSE, and AS/A Level programmes. Springfield students consistently achieve outstanding Cambridge examination results, including Top in the World and Top in Country awards in multiple subjects.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree (minimum) in Education or a related field
- Proven leadership experience in a secondary school (Grades 7–12)
- Strong experience with the Cambridge curriculum (preferred)
- Experience with IB programmes considered an advantage
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Native-level English speaker
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the Secondary School (Grades 7–12)
- Support and develop teachers to achieve high academic standards
- Oversee curriculum implementation and student progress
- Foster a positive learning culture
- Work closely with the senior leadership team to strengthen the school’s mission and vision.
