Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate English lessons for children aged 3–6
Design and implement creative play-based learning activities that foster language, social, and cognitive development
(Optional) Lead after-school enrichment programs (e.g., storytelling, phonics, arts, or sports) for additional compensation
Monitor and document each child’s progress, providing regular feedback to parents and administration
Actively participate in school events, curriculum meetings, and professional development sessions

Requirements

Native-level English speaker (non-native applicants must hold a valid teaching license such as PGCE, QTS, or state/provincial teaching certificate)
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in kindergarten and training center settings (combined experience accepted)
Candidates already in China with a valid work visa/residence permit will be given priority

Base Salary: 25,000 – 32,000 RMB per month (depending on qualifications and experience)
Total Monthly Earnings: With optional after-school enrichment classes, total pay can reach 30,000 RMB or more per month
