* Monthly salary: RMB 25,000 – 30,000 before tax (includes a housing allowance of RMB 2,500 per month).

◉Key Responsibilities :

* Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans, taking charge of all instructional activities throughout the school day.

* Create a welcoming and respectful classroom atmosphere, working alongside fellow teachers to lead both indoor lessons and outdoor learning experiences.

* Oversee daily classroom routines to ensure a structured and high-quality learning environment.

* Play an active role in refining the curriculum and cooperating with other teaching teams.

* Keep regular records of instructional activities and student observations, and work with colleagues to track and support each child’s progress.

◉Qualifications :

* Native-level English speaker .

* Bachelor’s degree or higher; a teaching-related qualification is an advantage.

* Must be capable of teaching in English; TESOL or TEFL certification required. IB or PGCE qualifications are a plus.

* Minimum 1 years of experience teaching young kindergarten children; prior experience as a kindergarten homeroom teacher is essential.

* Familiarity with Project-Based Learning (PBL) and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) is expected.
