Job Details

Start Date: Mid‑October

Target Age Group: 2‑3‑year‑old children

Employment Type: Full‑time

Working Schedule: 8:00‑17:00, with a one‑hour paid lunch break

Key Job Responsibilities

Create stimulating, age‑suitable lesson plans tailored for 2‑3‑year‑old learners
Conduct high‑standard English teaching consistent with the kindergarten’s curriculum requirements
Monitor student performance on an ongoing basis and prepare regular detailed progress reports
Establish positive, proactive communication with parents to update them on children’s learning and developmental status
Engage in peer lesson observations and internal teaching‑sharing activities
Complete school‑required performance evaluations and attend relevant professional development trainings

Requirements

Essential Requirements

1. Patient, positive, and enthusiastic about early childhood English education

2. Excellent communication & interactive skills with an outgoing, approachable personality

3. Native English speaker (nationality: USA/UK/Australia/Canada/New Zealand)

4. Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline

5. 2 years of hands-on early childhood education (ECE) teaching experience preferred

6. Aged 20-45 years old
