Job Details

🕘 Work schedule: Mon.–Fri. , 8:00am–12:45pm & 2:30pm–5:00pm

One-hour lunch break

Non-teaching hours: Office time at school

📝 Design and follow a complete Montessori-aligned teaching plan.

📌 Class & Holiday Details

Class size: 20–26 students per class

Student age: 3–6 years old

Holidays: Chinese public holidays, weekends, summer and winter vacations

❄️ Winter vacation: 3 weeks, paid in full 

Additional Benefits

Salary: 20,000–23,000 RMB/month (before tax), based on education background and teaching experience.. Extra housing allowance offered (2K RMB before tax)

Competitive semester performance bonus.

International air ticket allowance: 8,000–10,000 RMB per year.

Insurance: Commercial insurance or equivalent global coverage provided.

Requirements

🗣️ Native English speaker from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa.

🎓 Bachelor’s degree or above.

🧑‍🏫 No prior teaching experience required; full, systematic training will be provided. Teaching experience is a plus.

📜 Valid TEFL/TESOL certification required.
