About the Role:

They are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join their early childhood education team in Taipei, Taiwan. Their school follows a holistic curriculum designed to nurture the intellectual, emotional, physical, and social development of each child. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about play-based learning, student-centered teaching, and creating a safe, engaging environment where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement a developmentally appropriate, holistic curriculum that fosters growth in language, motor skills, creativity, problem-solving, and socio-emotional development
Create a warm, inclusive classroom environment that supports the individual needs and interests of each child
Plan and lead hands-on, inquiry-based activities that integrate storytelling, music, movement, art, nature, and foundational academic skills
Observe and document student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and the school team
Maintain consistent communication with families, supporting their engagement in their child’s learning journey
Collaborate with fellow teachers, support staff, and administrators to enhance the learning environment and curriculum
Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times

Associates degree plus TEFL certificate also accepted
