A South Korea-based education company - they are proud to provide high-quality audio and video English lessons to motivated students, including employees of major Korean corporations such as Hanwha and Samsung.

They’re expanding our team and are actively looking for passionate and professional English tutors from Canada, the US, the UK, New Zealand, Australia, and Ireland who are excited to make a difference — one lesson at a time.

About the Role

As a Tutor, you’ll play a key role in supporting adult learners, helping them build confidence and fluency in English for both professional and personal development. Their students rely on you not just for language instruction, but for encouragement and connection.

They offer appointment-based video classes, and they’re currently hiring tutors who are available to teach weekday mornings/evenings (Korean Standard Time) and weekends.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (required)

TEFL Level 5 Certification (168 hours or equivalent)

Preferred: 2+ years of teaching experience

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Familiarity with online teaching tools and strategies

Employment Type: Part-Time (Flexible schedule, based on your availability)

Location: Remote (work from anywhere in CA, US, UK, NZ, AU, or IR)

Earnings & Incentives

Earn up to $34.5 USD per hour—or even more!
Base rate: $12–17 per hour
Plus performance incentives: up to $17/hr extra—or more
Extra incentives available:
Appointment lessons incentive: +$1.50/hr
Video class incentive: +$2/hr
Enrollee incentive: +$2 per enrollee

Requirements

Citizen and resident of the following 6 countries: US, CA, UK, IR, AU, NZ

In-depth knowledge of teaching best practices and educational guidelines

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organized, energetic, committed, and having a creative approach to tasks

Holds a Bachelor's degree

TEFL level 5 (168-hrs +)

Preferred to have 2 or more years of teaching experience
