Job Details

Please apply before 20th September 2025.

School hours are 7:30am to 2:40pm, Monday to Friday.

Teachers will have 6 x 40 minutes class contact hours per day, and 2 free periods per day , Monday to Friday.

Teachers will conduct after school tutorials, twice a week , 2:30pm to 3:30pm.

Teachers will be expected to prep lessons during their 2 x free periods a day and sometimes prep after hours depending on their

own ability/speed to prepare lessons.

Teachers are expected to prepare weekly lesson plans.

Teachers will meet parents to discuss student issues from time to time.

Teachers will attend school functions after hours ( 2-3 times a year) ( some are paid , others are not paid)

Teachers will be required to work 2 weekend mornings/year (paid)

Teachers will have two duties per week. (monitor student behavior during recess)

Teachers will conduct after school tutorials, twice a week , 2:30pm to 3:30pm

Additional Benefits

Salary package ( Full time position teaching only ESL )

$24000 mexican pesos ( Net wage in hand ) (1300 usd)

$ 45000 mexican pesos - (yearly bonus ) (2400 usd)

$ 15000 mexican pesos - (yearly travel allowance) (800 usd)

$ 11000 mexican pesos - (monthly payslip deductions that covers , shared accommodation and utilities and full comprehensive medical insurance)

Requirements

The teacher must hold a TEFL certification and a degree in any field.

Teachers must have 1–2 years experience teaching lower elementary students in Grades 1– 4.

Teachers should demonstrate confidence in their personal ability and show flexibility in adapting to changes.

The school does not hire couples.

The teacher’s native language must not be Spanish.

Fluency in English at the C1 or C2 proficiency level is required.
