Job Details
Class size: 20–25 students per class
22 lessons per week
40 working hours per week (including lessons and office hours)
Willing to assist with Open Days and demo classes
Must be a flexible, positive team player, ready to help a growing school reach its full potential
Additional Benefits
Monthly Salary: RMB 22,000 – 29,000
Housing Allowance: Up to RMB 3,500 per month
Travel Allowance: RMB 10,000 (one-time per contract)
Overtime Pay: RMB 300 per weekend Open Day
On-campus meals, plus free access to swimming pool, golf course, and gym
Free tuition for all children of the teacher
Fully paid holidays (including winter and summer vacations)
Renewal Bonus: RMB 10,000
Domestic health insurance provided
Requirements
Native English speaker (US/UK/Canada preferred)
At least 2 years middle school English teaching experience
Bachelor’s degree or above
Professional, energetic, creative, flexible, positive, and passionate about teaching
Age preferably 45 or younger
