Middle School ESL Teacher — Xi’an, Shaanxi (ASAP Start, 12 Months’ Pay)

Location: Xi’an, Shaanxi, China

School Type: K12 Bilingual School

Salary & Benefits

RMB 20,000–25,000/month before tax

Free apartment or RMB 3,000/m housing allowance

Free tuition for up to 2 children

Airfare bonus: RMB 6,000 (summer holiday)

Relocation reimbursement & airport pickup

Fully paid holidays: 6 weeks summer, 2 weeks winter, 2 days Christmas

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Education, Linguistics, TESOL (Master’s preferred)

Education-based degree and/or iPGCE / PGCE required; QTS/Teaching License preferred

Strong understanding of ELT theory & practice

Experience in international primary/middle school teaching

Leadership experience with international faculty preferred

Knowledge of HR policies, recruitment, curriculum design, academic management is an advantage
