Job Details

Hiring passionate ESL Teachers for kindergartens • with year-round recruitment and peak hiring periods in February & August. Whether you're an experienced educator or new to teaching, they'll help you start your China adventure at the perfect time for you.

Location: Shenzhen (80% of the positions are here) /Guangzhou/Shanghai/Beijing/other tier 2 & 3 cities
Working Days and Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:30; weekends off
Class Size: 10-28 students/class
Student age: 2-7 years old
Teaching Assistant: 1-3 Chinese teachers
Start Date: August 2025 will be the peak intake, other time also available

Responsibilities:

Curriculum and Instruction: Demonstrate an understanding of curriculum, subject content, and pedagogical knowledge to create relevant and engaging learning experiences for students.
Classroom Management: Manage classroom procedures, student behavior, and maintain a positive and respectful learning environment.
Instructional Design: Design coherent and effective lesson plans that actively engage students and enhance their learning.
Environment Creation: Contribute to setting up teaching materials and classroom decorations to create a motivating and supportive learning space.
Assessment: Document students’ learning and assess their progress to continuously improve teaching strategies and student outcomes.
