They are seeking a dynamic English Teacher to join their team. They're looking for a passionate educator who loves to have fun in the classroom and believes that when students are having fun, they learn best. About Them

Their classrooms are energetic spaces where learning comes alive. Their methodology is built on the belief that children learn best by doing, so the teacher's primary role is to coach students to use English through interactive and engaging activities, with the full focus on the student speaking. They serve a wide range of ages, from infants and toddlers up to teenagers. The goal is simple: get every student to speak, and speak a lot in a natural and dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

Act as a coach and facilitator in the classroom, guiding students to actively participate and speak English, while minimizing teacher-talk.
Create and maintain a high-energy classroom environment that encourages students to express themselves freely and without fear of making mistakes.
Lead dynamic, student-centric lessons for various age groups, using their curriculum as a guide for engaging activities, games, and discussions that prompt verbal expression.
For younger students, incorporate music, movement and visual aids to coach them in basic vocabulary and sounds in a natural and playful way.
Observe and assess student progress based on their verbal participation and comprehension, providing real-time feedback to improve their communication skills.
Collaborate with other teachers to share ideas, strategies and feedback to continually improve the quality of our teaching and classes.

Qualifications

Experience teaching children with a strong emphasis on communicative language teaching and getting students to speak.
A passion for making learning interactive and fun.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students, parents, and colleagues.
A flexible and creative mindset, where you are comfortable thinking on your feet and adapting lessons to a student's interests and level.
A positive and encouraging attitude that builds confidence and inspires young learners to participate and speak.
