Position: Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher / ESL Educator

Location: Hangzhou, Ningbo, Nanjing (Zhejiang & Jiangsu), Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and other top-tier cities in China

Start Date: ASAP / August 2025 / September 2025

Job Overview

They are seeking passionate educators to lead 2-6-year-old students in top-tier international kindergartens, fostering creativity and language acquisition in a student-centered environment.

Responsibilities

· Design and deliver engaging ESL and homeroom lessons aligned with early childhood development standards.

· Manage classes of ~26 students with support from a teaching assistant.

· Track student progress and collaborate with parents on educational goals.

· Organize age-appropriate activities (e.g., music, art, sensory play) to enhance cognitive and social skills.

· Monthly salary: RMB 18,000–35,000 (pre-tax), based on experience.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree (Early Childhood Education preferred).

· 2+ years of full-time teaching experience Prefered with 2-6-year-olds (reference letter required for Zhejiang positions).

· TEFL/TESOL/CELTA/PGCE certification.

· Native-level English speaker preferred;

· Proactive, caring attitude with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
