A. This is an Advanced TEFL course, so you’ll need to have at least 120 hours of TEFL certification prior to taking this course.

A. There will be a maximum of seven (7) students with one tutor. This ensures everyone has sufficient time to deliver a lesson and receive personalised feedback.
A. You don’t need to be highly technical! Just comfortable using a computer and basic tools like Zoom. To help you get started, you’ll receive a short pre-course task/mini-module in your dashboard. This introduces the technical aspects step by step, so you’ll be confident using Zoom before your first session.

A. If you’re having problems getting set up on Zoom then please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help, but give yourself plenty of time to do the pre-course task to work through any issues before your first session begins.
A. Yes. When you complete the course, your tutor will provide a letter of reference with feedback on your teaching and participation. This can be used to support your job applications and will be issued along with your certificate. You’ll be able to download both from your online account.
A. This course is held over three days.
A. Yes, of course! You will have access to our online forum where you can chat with other students on the same course as you. You can also join our Facebook group where you can share resources and find information on teaching English abroad and online.
A. You’ll need to pay the full balance before starting your course, but we do offer flexible payment options. If you’re based in the UK, you can spread the cost over 3–4 interest-free instalments with Clearpay. UK and some EU customers can also use Klarna at checkout, which offers a similar pay-in-instalments option. If you prefer, PayPal sometimes provides the option to split payments over 3 months, allowing you to get started right away. For combined or classroom/virtual courses, you can also reserve your place with a deposit if you're outside of the UK, with the balance due two weeks before your course date.
