Q. How many people will there be on the course?

A. For in person courses, there is a maximum class capacity of 20 and a minimum of 4 people per classroom. For virtual classes, the maximum capacity is 17.

Q. Are all course materials included?

A. Yes, all required materials are included in the price of the course.

Q. Do I need to complete online training before beginning the classroom course?

A. No, you don’t need to have completed any previous training before the classroom course. However, we do recommend starting the online portion of your course as soon as you sign up.
