Q2. How many people will there be in the Exeter TEFL classroom course?
A: There is a maximum class capacity of 20 and a minimum of 4 people per classroom.

A: You will not be teaching foreign students during your classroom course. You will have the chance to prepare your own lessons in groups and practise peer teaching.

Q5. Is the course designed for teaching adults or young children?
A: The classroom course is designed to give you the skills needed to teach students who are at least in their late teens. For teaching children, we recommend our optional 30-Hour Teaching Young Learners add-on module.

Our approach

It’s hands on!   During our TEFL courses in Exeter, our experienced trainers explain and demonstrate where appropriate, but we make sure our students get involved as much as possible. The best way to learn to TEFL is to TEFL, so look forward to lesson planning, games, and taking part in activities created by other people on the course.
