Volunteer English teachers work at their on-site schools or, in some countries, at neighboring schools that beneficiaries attend.
In some countries, they are looking for Montessori English teachers who give classes to the youngest children, where in others they are looking for primary and secondary school English teachers.
Volunteer English teachers are responsible for planning class lessons according to the local and national standards and requirements, leading their classes, and evaluating their students’ work.

Requirements
Successful volunteers at NPH have strong leadership skills, are resilient and flexible, and work well in teams.
Intermediate Spanish language skills are critical for success as a volunteer in this position with NPH. NPH tests Spanish language skills of candidates invited for an interview.
Applicants who do not have an adequate level of Spanish will be required to attend immersion school prior to beginning service with NPH at their own expense.
