Job Details

The incumbent will carry out the tasks assigned to him / her by the Company’ Board of Directors related to academic teaching and curriculum development. The incumbent should have a high level of familiarity with internationally recognized English proficiency tests and the CEFR. The incumbent will develop and implement new English language curricula and teaching resources for a range of different proficiency levels. The incumbent may also from time to time be requested to conduct academic work related to other international curricula as may be adopted by the company.

Job description:

· Development of English language curricula and teaching resources based on the instructions of the company;

· Review and revise existing English language curricula and packages on a regular basis;

· Create and deliver training programs and all the necessary accompanying materials aimed at familiarizing teachers with how to use the new English language curricula and teaching resources;

· Other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors;

Requirements

· Be a native-speaker and hold a valid passport from English-speaking countries;

· Possess a Bachelor's degree/ Master degree or higher degree majored in English/ English literature/ Linguistics or equivalence;

· Have an accredited TESOL, CELTA, or TEFL certificate;

· Have a clear background check;

· Possess qualities of diligence, flexibility, open-mindedness, cultural sensitivity and patience.

· Have experience with international English proficiency examinations (PEIC, IELTS/TOEFL/,…)
