They are a small private English school based in Plasencia, Spain and they are looking for an English native-level speaker to teach a wide range of speaking lessons. The age of their students is varied, but the teacher will have to work with kids from 8 to adults. In addition, we only work with small groups between 3 to 6 students per class.

They have 2 types of lessons:

– In the first type, they use a method that focuses on learning while playing, which means that they don’t use books and the classes should be lively, dynamic and fun, since their main goal is that students learn to communicate in English while they’re having fun.

– In the second type, they prepare students to Cambridge exams. In this case, students follow a book and practice regularly the kind of exercises that appear in these exams.

The position will go from September 2021 to June 2022. The average teaching hours per week is between 17 and 20, all in the afternoon from Monday to Thursday, although Fridays could be included too. If both parts agree, the position may be renewed for the following course.

The contract includes full health and social security.
