This school in Europe is looking for freelance online English teachers to teach groups of adult students online, via their flexible online timetable: Connect.
They provide a comprehensive professional development program for teachers who wish to grow, as well as a pay scale, tied to improvement, which allows you to make steps up as you gain experience with them.
They are a network of schools in Italy, France and Spain, with 50 schools. They have a communicative, dynamic method, a professional approach and a team dedicated to training, observation and teacher professional development.
Classes are online group classes for adults, with a mixture of grammar-based and speaking-based lessons. Lessons last one hour and with groups of students that can change due to the booking system.
They are looking for strong communicative language teachers who are able to build rapport with students, facilitate speaking activities, correct students and are confident about teaching online.
For successful candidates, they provide 10 hours of full initial training and ongoing professional development, with observations, feedback and training sessions.

Requirements
- They are looking for strong communicative language teachers who are able to build rapport with students, facilitate speaking activities, correct students and who are confident about teaching online.
- TEFL; TESOL; CELTA or equivalent are required. A degree or evidence of further study is preferred.
- Teachers should ideally have at least one year of experience, including online teaching.
- High availability is also important, particularly in the evenings from 18:00-21:00 CET, and on Saturday mornings from 9:00-13:00 CET.
- Teachers with this school tend to teach 4 evenings and one Saturday morning on rotation every two weeks, as well as other hours during the week if requested. Teachers usually teach between 10-25 hours, depending on availability.
- It is also necessary to have a reliable setup for online teaching including PC, good internet connection, webcam and good quality audio.
