This school are currently looking for a few talented individuals who can provide one-on-one online English instruction to Japanese people. They are a small online English school. They take pride in the fact that they individually accommodate vastly different backgrounds and needs, and provide fine-tuned, custom-made lessons for the maximum efficiency and efficacy; They never mindlessly follow prefabricated lesson plans like some robots as in other typical schools. Each of their instructors thus needs to be an independent thinker and problem solver who can think outside the box.
