Job Details

This company are currently looking to recruit TEFL/CELTA teachers for their General English Programme, teaching French students. The position is Part-Time/Adhoc General English / Beginners /advance Start date: April 2022 Spring / Summer Programme Students will take a test before arriving in the UK to ensure that the teacher will know their English level before arrival Duration 3 -4 days/3-4 hours per day x 2 classrooms. This will be over 1 -2  weeks with separate groups arriving. Class size maximum 15 students. Location: London South East - Woolwich/ Newcross and Hertfordshire Tasks
  • Planning Preparing and delivering Lessons
  • Checking and Assessing Student's Work
  • Preparing Teaching Material
  • develop a teaching plan/ a scheme of work
  • Help our French Students improve their reading, speaking, listening and writing skills.
All students will be asked to fill out a feedback form - the questions will be marked 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest mark for their educational experience and teaching.  This form will be given to the French group leader and then passed on to our French partner. They, as a company and their Partner expects high marks, so it's essential to know the teaching should be of high standard. Tutors will also have a daily diary to fill out with details of the days lesson and and outcomes, including feedback on the students. At the end of the short course, the students will receive a certificate provided by their French Partner.
