Job Details

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Understand the vision and purpose of the school and align with the school’s academic

culture

• Develop and prepare content including presentations for daily classes

• Research, Understand and Prepare Lesson Plans

• Conduct Online Classes as per timetable including any substitutions assigned for the day

maintaining the standards of teaching and student engagement

• Effectively use different learning resources and platforms provided by the school aligned

with learning objectives.

• Plan, prepare and execute continuous informal and formal assessments of students

• Report on the progress of the child through assessments and anecdotal records as per

School’s Standards.

• Identify students’ special education needs and collaborate with School Counselling Team

• Collaborate with other teachers and coordinate virtually.

• Attend training and professional development programs as and when planned

• Proactively respond to parent’s communications and concerns on the Learning Portal

• Prepare and conduct Parent Meetings

• Actively plan, participate, and train students for various activities and events of the school

including Summer School Programme

• Ensure compliance and adherence to School’s policies including POCSO, POSH, child safety

and cyber security

• Any other responsibilities assigned from time to time.
