Native-level English Teacher Wanted Benefits
  • They provide an attractive compensation scheme including welcome bonus, Sunday work bonus, high student count bonus, sick pay, attendance bonus and paid annual leave.
  • They are happy to sponsor and organise working visas for full-time teachers with (at least) a bachelor’s degree and an accredited TEFL qualification.
  • Your initial contract will be for a year but they are delighted when our teachers stay on (which most of them do) for a second year or more.
  • Salary 23-25,000 HKD/month
Welcome Bonus They offer 6,000HKD to help with the cost of your flight and first month in Hong Kong as part of a welcome bonus. This is paid once you arrive in Hong Kong and sign the contract. This money can be used to assist you while you settle in upon your arrival.

They feel teaching experience is less important than aptitude. All their new teachers receive training before running their own classes. If you can demonstrate an interest in and enthusiasm for teaching children (through voluntary work for example) have the required qualifications, and want to spend a year or more in Hong Kong, they'd love to hear from you.
