Job Details

Job Duties:

  • Support and advise the overall curriculum and syllabus design for K-12
  • Observe recorded online lessons to ensure curriculum effectiveness
  • Create materials for effective blended-learning (online & offline)
  • Help with editorial work including research, writing, editing and content management
  • Collaborate with US & UK curriculum team on curriculum modification and update whenever appropriate


  • Degree in English, Education, Instructional Design or a related field
  • 3-5 years of solid experience in curriculum development/design
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design (prior experience in online learning is highly preferred)
  • Ability to think about language analytically (e.g. breaking down grammatical concepts into smaller parts for the purposes of teaching and assessment)
  • Public speaking and Debate experience are highly advantage
  • Prior English teaching experience is a plus
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Spoken and written English proficiency is a must
  • Available on weekdays & weekends (either Sun or Sat is a must)
  • Located in Hong Kong is a must
