ESL teachers teach 30 contact hours per week, Monday - Friday. Class size is limited to 12 learners. Most teachers teach a range of levels from Basic to Advanced. The majority of their learners are young adults, 18-30 years old, and some teens.

SALARY
The Institute pays teachers a fixed base salary approximately 10% above the average teacher's salary in-country. This salary is not adjusted down unless teachers request fewer classes, so monthly budgeting is easy. Base salary can be increased by adding classes, extra hours, substituting for other teachers, and earning 'Rock Star status'. Finishing bonuses are also paid after a minimum 6-month commitment.
