Come and work for Twin Summer Centres this summer and they promise to provide you with enough face-to-face interaction and exercise to keep you going for the next few months.

Expand on your teaching English as a foreign language experience, broaden your horizons through delivery of a high quality activity programme, participate in excursions and get paid staying in one of their residential centres* and working with international students aged 8-18!
Working hours may be any time from 08.00 to 21.00 and split shifts are common. Working week in made up of 15 teaching hours (30 at UEL), 3 hours of preparation time (not at UEL), plus up to 30 hours (up to 12 at UEL) activities, excursions, airport meet and greets, supervision duties and meetings. Activities in either afternoon or evening on a rotational basis.
Directors of Studies:
Broaden your horizons through organisation and implementation of the academic programme delivered to international students ages 8-18; expand experience in management of the teaching staff, the day-to-day running of the Centre by assisting Centre Manager; maintain proper levels of student safety, discipline and welfare; and get paid staying in one of our residential centres!
Working hours are from 08.00 – 20.00 six days a week. Also on-call overnight to deal with emergencies
Additional BenefitsEFL Teachers: They offer 2-6 week contracts paid at £477.6 per week including full board accommodation + statutory holiday pay (calculated at 12.07% of gross pay) or £555.6 at UEL including food while on duty + statutory holiday pay (calculated at 12.07% of gross pay). You must be able to attend an induction taking place 2 days before the start date for which you will be paid £135 on completion of contract. Directors of Studies: They offer 4-6 week contracts paid at £670-£710 (depending on experience) per week including full board accommodation + statutory holiday pay (calculated at 12.07% of gross pay). You must be able to attend a blended induction on June 18th (delivered virtually) + 19th (face-to-face in London) 2022 and onsite taking place 3 days before the start date for which you will be paid £370 in total on completion of contract.
RequirementsEFL Teachers: If you are passionate about • delivering enjoyable lessons in which students’ learning goals are met, • delivering engaging, informative and well organised activities and excursions, • ensuring the health, safety and welfare of students at all times, and hold • First Degree + CELTA or Trinity TESOL Certificate or PGCE in English/modern languages with ELT/TESOL subsidiary or equivalent, they want to hear from you! Directors of Studies: If you are organised, with attention to details, passionate about teaching and supporting your colleagues, and keen to • oversee effective implementation of academic programme, • ensure informative, engaging and communicative lessons are taught, • ensure the health, safety and welfare of students at all times, are • educated to degree level, and have • Diploma level qualification (DELTA/Trinity TESOL Diploma and/or MA with a substantial element of observed teaching practice) they want to hear from you!
